Alternative prides itself on a screening process that exceeds usual standards therefore providing our clients with the best possible RNs, LPNs and CNAs. All of our staff must complete a 45 day temporary position before being considered for permanent positions. The majority of our staff are long-term employees who our clients have come to know and depend on on a daily basis. All are screened in accordance with the Department of Aging and the State of Pennsylvania guidelines as well as Alternative's own stringent policies. We have reasonable cancellation policies, regular schedule confirmation practices and a private after-hours staff to attend to our clients instead of a call service. You will find our rates very competitive. Continuity of care for those you serve and minimal disruption for you and your staff/ family are our goals.
